KINDERGARTEN

Today was the first day of Kindergarten! Such a big step in letting them go. They are ready, academically, socially, emotionally...but am I ready to hand them off every day for six hours. Hard to believe in many ways that they are old enough to attend school. It seems like yesterday that I was giving birth and wondering if I would make it through the sleepless nights. In other ways it has felt like a long 5 years, after all I have been there for every diaper change, every time out and every cough and cold. Good luck my boys. I hope that today is a fun day, filled with
many happy memories.

Theater Camp

The boys attended a Theater Arts camp this summer. They enjoyed learning many songs to movies and musicals. Their age group performed, Little Mermaid, Enchanted, and the Good Ship Lollipop. The final culmination of camp was a performance. Dylan was sick with Strep throat, but Ethan stayed healthy and was able to perform.

you can see Dylan's picture under Ethan's right arm.

Halloween

I thought it would be fun to cover the last five Halloweens. I can hardly believe that they have had 5 costumes. They love to go trick or treating and knock on everyones door, however they do not like candy, and despise chocolate. So Halloween works out great for me, I do not have to buy candy for tick or treaters and I have a snack for the next few weeks.

On Location Day 3

Okay I never finished our filming pictures. So here is Day 3. We went off site to do some filming that will occur as flashback scenes.

This scene shows Dylan on the far side in the orange shirt, Ethan is on the left in the green shirt. Dylan is to reach over and grab Ethan's juice and take a sip. The flashback scene is the mother recalling that there are no illness going around in Josh's preschool class.

Next we move to a house in Hollywood for the gardening scene. Josh (Ethan) is out in the garden with his mom and he finds worms.
Next picture is of Grandma working hard to help us. She flew out several times to be with one while I was filming with the other. On location day the boys were able to be together and grandma came with us to help.

Then we moved inside where Claire the mommy) has fixed Josh( Dylan) plate of carrotts and spinach to eat, instead he decided to pull a piece of candy out of his pocket.

The last scene for the day was back at the hospital where Josh (Ethan) is playing in his mom's office, who is a reciptionis at a DR. office.

On Set -Day 2

We had another day of taping. They had to appear blue for this day of taping. They had to stay still for a while for her to apply the makeup. So we created the statue game, they had other actors that they would compete with them and see who could be a statue the longest.

Here is Dylan with his pretend mommy on the right and his pretend aunt on the left.

This is a picture of Ethan with his pretend mommy, taken while at lunch. Lunch is always catered. We stay in the classroom, while not on set. This is our time to interact with everyone on set. Ethan and Dylan light up the room when the enter.

Then before you leave everyone must stop by and see Tony in sound. Here he is wiring one of them up with their microphone.
